This is a good opportunity for a Principal Engineer of the Structures team in Birmingham supporting the Design Manager in delivery of all technical aspects of projects. You will be responsible for establishment of internal design standards and/or processes to achieve a continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Delivery of designs in accordance with the Client�s requirements and appropriate design standards using cost effective methods of analysis and design. Assist in the development of innovative ways of providing design services and supervising the work of other less experienced staff.

Requirements:
competent to work unsupervised and to supervise others;
competent to check and approve the work of others;
competent to sign off design certificates on behalf of the company.
MEng, BEng or equivalent CEng MICE or MIStructE
PTS or other track safety qualifications

In return you will be offered the following:
