I am looking for a P3 / P6 planner to work for a rail company within their civil engineering (inc. P-Way and Structures) OHLE / Traction Power / Mechanical & Electrical / Plant & Equipment department.

My client has built a reputation for producing exceptional solutions and is seeking passionate P6/P3 planners to join their Rail team within London. They have committed forward workload and strategy to achieve growth through expanding their existing client base to provide consultancy services including GRIP 1-5 feasibilities, outline, design, detailed design and consultancy advice.

Their team is engaged in a number of rail projects throughout the UK. Their clients include Network Rail, Crossrail, North London Line, London Underground Limited, Docklands Light Railway, Translink, Local Authorities and contractors. The current workload includes station remodelling and track improvements for projects such as North London Lines and modular stations. In Northern Ireland, they are currently working with Translink to modernise their network.

They are looking for candidates who have planning experience specifically within the rail sector, who are fully conversant with Primavera P3 and good working knowledge of P6

Planners should have:
A min. of 7 years experience in planning services of mojor construction projects across multi discipline projects
A thorough grounding in all types of planning techniques
Good experience with operationg computer based project control systems
S sound understanding of CDM regulations, specifically the designers requirements
Knowledge of major rail projects
