Our client are currently seeking to recruit two overhead line designer to undertake conceptual and detailed design work for railway and light rail overhead electrification projects.

Key responsibilities in this role include but are not restricted to: OLE design work, verification of OLE designs produced externally or internally, investigation and resolution of technical problems related to OLE installations and assistance in the preparation of CAD models for external use. Report writing and input into tender preparation may also be required from time to time.
Suitable applicants for this role will ideally have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline. A minimum of 5 years Overhead Line Design experience is essential for this position. a high level of competence in spreadsheet and MS office applications and also possess experience of working with various CAD packages.
