This leading company requires Assessment Engineers to work on rail related projects. Duties will include carrying out instrumentation and monitoring of Earth Structures assets, develop an understanding of their stability and behaviour and make recommendation for future management of the assets, where necessary will be involved in research and developments projects. The ideal candidates will be working with a range of internal departments along with external third parties. Experience and education will include a degree in civil engineering/ engineering geology, ideally previous experience in a rail environment, knowledge of health and safety legislation within the construction industry and computer skills including geotechnical softwares.
