Our clients, are a large rail organisation, are looking to recruit a Senior Planner at their offices in Central London. The Senior Planner is responsible for all planning and reporting activities on assigned projects. To develop project plans on behalf of programme and project managers in order to meet overall requirements of the business in most cost effective and reliable manner. The Senior Planner will support the Project Manager in developing both the delivery plan for the project definition and business case to funding approval (the planning stage) and a delivery plan for the project delivery once funding has been approved.

Critical Experience

Essential
Experience of planning on major engineering projects, particularly with signalling works.
Engineering degree or equivalent

Desirable
Project Management experience
Experience of planning on a major railway project
Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status
