The Project Controls Assistant will generate reporting formats and systems where required and correlates the outputs of the Project Control Teams for review and support the Contract Administration, Project Planning,Change Control and Cost Control functions.

Direct Responsibilities
Align reports with the output data from Project Planning, as required.Align reports with the output data from Estimating / Forecasting.Align reports with the output data from Contract Administration including change management and payments.Align reports with the output data from Risk Management information.Generation and updating of Project Status Reporting (dashboard) and any other reports/registers.
Assistance in the developing and maintenance project control systems.Produces visual aids and outputs for processes and systems.Produce change control documentation and issue as per procedures.Correlate accurate, timely, auditable reports for hours, accruals, Compensation Events, Early Warnings, budgets spent to date.To provide weekly report data for the progress / issues to date for the Project Controls Team Report
