To support the Contract Administration, Project Planning, Change Control and Cost Control functions on the SBH (Structures Bridges Highways) Planning Team.
The Programme & Controls Delivery Co-ordinator monitors the scope development, the variations of scope & programme and generates reporting formats and systems where required for the Project Controls Team for review

Responsibilities
Monitor and report design delivery according to the baseline programme
Monitor and report scope variation
Produce estimates of resource variation
Produce programme change
Provide monthly workstream progress data
Support the production of weekly and monthly progress reports

Requirements
Candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a pro-active approach to tasks.
Degree qualified
Knowledge and experience in the field of programme delivery and related areas across a range of medium to large scale projects
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Understanding of customer needs (both internal and external) and issues which may impact on maintaining effectiveness within a commercial environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential
Excellent communications skills
