A high profile international EPCM organisation is currently seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team.

Although working within a corporate team environment, this is a highly autonomous role within a specialist field relating to the mining sector. The main focus will be to ensure that permanent, contract and project hire vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently to support international mining projects. The role will involve recruiting in all disciplines of engineering, commercial and project controls both within the UK and overseas.

You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to establish and maintain good working relations with senior hiring managers whilst utilising a selection of direct sourcing and recruitment agencies for all roles.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within an engineering recruitment background, (not necessarily mining) including successful implementation of the recruitment process from approved vacancy through to final placement.
