Our clients, are a large rail organisation, are looking to recruit a HSEQ SHE Business Manager at their offices in Central London. You will be responsible for managing the HSEQ Function and provide guidance advice and support to the business directors and managers across the Inter Urban Rail business and to ensure that monitoring, audits and inspections are carried out to satisfy the business and its stakeholders that it is compliant with legislative and industry and company standards.

Requirements
Capable of working under pressure with the ability to analyse data and make decisions without being unduly influenced.
Have the ability influence and shape business direction.
Be a persuasive communicator, able to express views to diverse groups both internally and externally.
Have good leadership skills and the ability to build an effective team.
Understands the rail industry and clients requirements.
Undertakes continuous professional development
Has operated within the rail industry with experience of operating at a senior level as a HSEQ professional.
Hold a professional HSEQ qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent) and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational (CMIOSH).
Has sound knowledge of legislation, railway group and network rail company standards and if familiar with ISO, 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems
