Our clients are a large Consultancy organisation, who are looking to recruit a Divisional Manager (Enhancements) at their offices in Central London. From site assessment to detailed design, from procurement strategies to project management, we undertake a huge range of projects to improve railway assets and enhance the travelling experience. You will have overall management responsibility, from recruitment and training to financial reporting, and contribute to business development through repeat business and tenders for new work.

A Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer with proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering design teams; you will have a firm grasp of the GRIP process. In this leadership role you really will need well-honed communication skills, networking ability and a talent for persuading and influencing.
