With offices throughout the world, this top tier EPC is currently looking to strngthen its in house group of Buisness Managers able to manage large scale projects in the Hydrocarbons and Minerals and Metals sector.

The Buisness Manager will be seonded to a project, possibly involving a joint benture company based in middlesex but may be international. Must be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA or similar) with post qualification experience. A second European / Russian languafe skill is highly desirable.

To control a coordinate the financial, commercial, non engineering aspects. Reporting directly to the Project Director advising on finantcial , Legal, contractural, HR and Administrative aspects of relations with the client, partners and significant subcontractors.

Strong relationships are to be developed within the joint venture company or project as well as with the management team to ensure full understanding of all issues with the potential to affect the proformance of the project.

Responsibilities:

Management of the finance team.
Prime contract management.
Subcontract negotiation
Management of the Joint venture agreements and their revisions.
HR
Ensuring the business systems are set up appropriately
Assistance and advice to the Project Director.
